Police in Jersey City are investigating a stabbing incident that left a man injured Sunday morning.
According to police, at approximately 5:50 a.m., police were called to 200 Clinton Avenue to investigate reports of an injured person.
Upon arrival, officers found a 34-year-old man suffering a stab wound in his chest.
Police say EMS transported the victim to Jersey City Medical Center for treatment and he remains in stable condition.
The motive for the stabbing is under investigation and there were no arrests reported.
