Detectives in Passaic are investigating an incident where a child fell from a window at a location in the city Saturday morning.
According to preliminary reports, the unidentified child somehow dropped three-stories to the ground after exiting a window of a building in the 60's block of Howe Avenue around 3:30 a.m.
Police say the victim was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital for treatment and remain in serious condition.
The cause of the incident has not been determined.
