Trenton Police is investigating after separate stabbings left two people seriously injured Sunday evening.
According to police, the first incident happened in the 300 block of Genesse Street.
Just before 8:15 p.m., officers responded to reports of an individual stabbed. After police arrived, they found the unidentified person bleeding after suffering a stab injury at that location.
Police say the person was taken to a local hospital in serious condition.
According to police officials, in the second stabbing incident, at approximately 9 p.m., police responded to the 20 block of Rosemont Avenue to investigate reports of an injured person.
Upon arrival, police found the victim stabbed multiple times at that location.
The injured was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
The motive for both attacks are under investigation.
