Second Vehicle Stolen in Several Days in Irvington Township

Police in Irvington are investigating reports of a vehicle stolen from a neighborhood in the Township on Thursday evening.

According to the female owner of the vehicle, the car went missing near the intersection of Clinton Avenue and Florence avenues where she parked it after doing school supply and birthday shopping for her child's special day.

When she woke up early Friday morning, the woman said the car was gone along with the gifts she bought for her child.

She described the car as a 2015 Dodge Charger with NJ license plate numbers "J22-JJR".

The owner said that she is physically disabled with feet and leg issues where she needs the car desperately to do daily responsibilities but can't do them without her vehicle.

Residents in the Township has reported the second vehicle swiped away from neighborhoods in the city with the other car being stolen from the 70's block of Laventhal Avenue on Wednesday.
