Search Continues for Driver of Piscataway Hit-and-Run Crash That Left Girl in a Coma

The Piscataway Township Police Department is seeking the public's assistance with identifying the vehicle and driver responsible for striking a 15-year-old female pedestrian on August 21st.

According to police, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Tiffany Pham was stuck by a vehicle as she crossed at the intersection New Brunswick Avenue and Cedarwood Drive.

The driver subsequently fled the scene following the crash.

The initial investigation into the crash indicates the suspect vehicle was traveling south on New Brunswick Avenue while Pham crossed within the intersection's crosswalk.

The crash is currently being investigated by the Piscataway Township Police Department’s Traffic Safety Section.

Pham was rushed to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for treatment of several broken bones, including a crushed pelvis, and critical brain injuries.
