A series of early morning crashes on Route 78 involving at least one bus sent as many as eight people to the hospital.
State Police responded to Route 78 in Summit shortly after 5 a.m. for a total of three separate crashes involving as many as seven vehicles including a bus.
Eight people were taken to Overlook Hospital in Summit, suffering minor injuries.
The accidents closed the road till shortly after 7 a.m.
The crashes remain under investigation.
