Rockaway Township Man Charged with Invasion of Privacy, Peering, Stalking Morris County Woman

Acting Morris County officials announced the arrest of Mr. Luis Rodriguez-Ponce, 29, of Rockaway Township.

According to a statement released by authorities, they charged Rodriguez-Ponce with the invasion of Privacy, Peering into Dwelling Places, and Stalking. 

Police say on December 1, 2020, and January 9, Rodriguez-Ponce stalked a female acquaintance, sent her harassing communications, and followed her back to her home on several occasions.

According to police, Rodriguez-Ponce also peered into her bedroom window as she was changing her clothes.

Rodriguez-Ponce has been charged by warrant-complaint and is currently lodged at the Morris County Correctional Facility in accordance with Criminal Justice Reform according to Morris County officials.
