EMS transported one person to St. Michael's Medical Center after being physically assaulted during a robbery that occured shortly before 12:30 a.m.
Police responded to the area of Magazine and Ferry Streets where they began the search for three black males that reportedly robbed the victim for several hundred dollars and a cell then began to assault the victim.
Police canvassed the area, checking surveillance cameras in their attempt to locate the suspects.
The victim suffered non-life threatening injuried.
