Newark – The Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura’s Crimestoppers Program is offering up to $10,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in the murder of Alexander Owens, 29, of Roselle.
Authorities said on Sunday, July 10, Owens was shot and killed in the vicinity of 14th Avenue and Bergen Street in Newark.
There have been no arrests made.
