Jersey City Police are looking into a reported theft that occurred one of the kiosks in the Newport Mall on Sunday evening.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to the male to investigate reports of a burglary at a watch kiosk shortly before midnight.
Upon arrival, officers requested a crime scene unit after they learned that several items were taken from the kiosk according to reports.
Fingerprints were lifted, but no arrests have been made at this time.
The investigation is in its early stages.
