Are you a Union County resident in danger of eviction because you are struggling to meet your rent payments? You may be eligible for rent assistance through Community Access Unlimited.
People who have fallen behind on their rent payments may be eligible for up to three months of back rent assistance. Applicants must already be at least one month behind on their rent payments.

Landlords or any person who knows a renter who is struggling are encouraged to let tenants know about this program.
CAU is a Union County-based, statewide nonprofit that works to integrate people with disabilities and youth at risk into the general community through comprehensive supports.
Funding for this program has been provided by the City of Elizabeth and Union County.
