If you've ever had a HARD 90 days in Q3, you know the last Quarter will require something different.
Both marriage and business have cyclical phases. When either is in a vulnerable season, the systems in place can make a massive difference in the strain on the marriage or business.
Sometimes, the 'hard' is marriage hard.
Sometimes it's business hard.
Sometimes it's both.
We just crossed over the final Quarter of this year. Now is a great time to assess where you are in relation to the targets set at the beginning of the year. And the targets we're referring to are not the typical ones like:
- Did you meet your financial targets?
- Did you meet your growth targets?
- Did you meet your team targets?
These are all pretty standard and expected questions. But these questions don't address the root cause and any shifts that need to be addressed to align for success in the last Quarter.
1) Are your business systems supporting your financial targets?
2) Are your business systems supporting your marriage goals?
3) Are your business systems supporting your wellness goals?
If you answered 'No' to ANY of these questions, then answer this:
What changes need to be made to upgrade your results?
Consider the BIG picture because what good is it to reach your business targets, but because broken systems are being used, you arrive there:
❌ exhausted, chronically drained
❌ strained marriage
❌ poor health, little sleep
Once you determine what strategy and systems are needed to up-level and align your growth, implement them one step at a time.
