Police in Newark are on the search for suspects responsible for firing several shots in a city neighborhood Wednesday.
According to police, at approximately 4:30 p.m., police responded to shots fired that rang out in the area of Tillinghast Street and Clinton Place.
When officers arrived, they found a car collision with multiple shell casings on the ground at that location.
Police say during their search of the area for victims, they found a vehicle struck by bullets, but there were no injuries reported.
The occupants in the vehicles ran from the scene and remain at-large.
