Police in Newark seeks the whereabouts of Mr. Raekwan Gilmore, 22, of Newark, who is wanted for questioning in connection with a shooting that occurred in the city around early September 2019.
Authorities have not labeled Mr. Gilmore a suspect at this time but stated that they want to speak to him regarding the incident.
