Police Seeks Public’s Help Identifying Newark Ironbound Armed Robbery Suspects

Authorities are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspects wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred Mar. 7th.

According to officials, at approximately 1:20 a.m., police responded to a residence in the 100-block of Oliver Street on a robbery call.

A man inside his garage was approached by two armed suspects who robbed him of his personal property before fleeing.

The first suspect is described as a man in his early twenties with a medium brown complexion, slim build, 5’10” tall and clean shaven. He was wearing a dark-colored hooded jacket. The second male suspect also had a medium brown complexion and was wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt.

While police are actively searching for the suspects, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and removing them from the streets.

This investigation is active and ongoing.
