Newark Public Safety officials seek the public’s help in locating Rafael Rivera, 73, who was reported missing today, Friday, November 4.
According to officials, Mr. Rivera, who suffers from Alzheimer’s, was last seen at 2 a.m. in the 800 block of Franklin Street.
Officials say he was wearing a black coat and blue jeans.
He may also be wearing a cap.
Detectives investigating this incident seek the public’s help in quickly locating Mr. Rivera so that he can be reunited with his family.
Detectives say he is described as having no top or bottom teeth, gray hair, and brown eyes.
