Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr. is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old Khloe Younger, who was reported missing on July 9, 2025.
Khloe, a frequent runaway, was last seen on Seymour Avenue between Madison Avenue and Avon Avenue.
She was wearing a black tank top, black shorts, and black Air Jordan sneakers at the time she went missing.
She is described as Black, 5’4” tall, weighing approximately 130 pounds, with brown eyes.
Anyone with information on Khloe Younger’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Newark Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS.
