Police in Newark are seeking help from the public locating a missing woman in Newark.
According to police, the family of 28-year-old Cristina Santiago reported her missing on Thursday after she left the residence in the 30's Block of Wakeman Avenue and never returned.
Police say upon Santiago's departure from her home, she left behind a note that leads them to believe her personal safety may be in jeopardy.
Cristina is 5'1" tall and weighs about 120 pounds. Police say she has blonde hair with highlights, brown eyes, light-skinned complexion, and a tattoo on her shoulder that reads "Lifeline Heart."
According to police, she was last seen wearing a light blue hat, white shirt, and light blue ripped jeans.
Cristina has good physical health, but police have some concerns regarding her mental health, according to officials.
