Authorities in Newark are requesting the public’s help in locating Marlon Mendez Tijerino, 47, who was reported missing on Wednesday, December 17.
Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., stated that Mr. Mendez Tijerino was last seen at Clark Street near Broad Street. He is described as Hispanic, 5‘7“ tall, 160 pounds, with a light complexion, black hair, and brown eyes.
He was wearing a gray jacket, blue jeans, and white Adidas flip flops, Newark officials said. Mr. Mendez Tijerino is reportedly in good mental and physical condition.
Director Miranda urges anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Marlon Mendez Tijerino to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS(1-877-695-8477).
