Totowa Police are searching for multiple suspects who fled the scene of an aggravated assault outside a local bar early Sunday morning.
Authorities said officers were dispatched around 3 a.m. to the 46 Lounge, located in the 300 block of U.S. Route 46, after receiving reports of a brawl in progress.
When police arrived, they encountered a large crowd gathered outside the establishment, with some individuals actively fighting in the rear of the venue.
Additional units were called in to help control the situation.
According to investigators, two suspects assaulted an individual before fleeing the scene in a vehicle. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are working to determine what led to the altercation. No arrests have been made at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.
