Police requested assistance from NJ State Police Aviation and surrounding town police departments in locating a vehicle that was stolen from a Woodcliff Lakes neighborhood early Thursday morning.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to the 200 block of Chestnut Ridge Road at around 4 a.m. after the owner of a blue BMW M3 reported their vehicle stolen.
Police checked the victim's house after there were reports of possible intruders during the incident, but police did not find anyone inside.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
