Police in Newark are on the search for a suspect that stripped the wheels off of a car in Newark South Ward neighborhood during the overnight hours.
According to police, the incident occurred near the intersection of Clinton Avenue and South 11 Street where residents woke up to a vehicle sitting on top of cinder blocks then called the police.
Police arrived and processed the car then had it towed away for the investigation.
The suspect remains at-large.
