Officials are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred on Dec. 14th.
According to authorities, just before midnight, a woman accepted a ride from a man she recognized while walking on South Orange Avenue and South 6th Street. However, while inside the gray Nissan Altima, the man robbed the woman of her cell phone.
Police described the suspect as 5’8” tall, medium-length dread locs, slight beard and was last seen wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt and jeans.
While detectives are actively searching for this suspect, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating him and removing him from the streets.
