Newark authorities are on the search for several armed men who committed a robbery in the city's East Ward early Saturday morning.
Police searched the vicinity of Elm Street and NJ Railroad Railroad Avenue for four suspects who were all believed to be armed with guns when they robbed victims of personal possessions in the East Ward according to reports.
The suspects fled the scene in a black or dark colored SUV.
There were no injuries reported.
