Police in Newark are searching for a teen who was reported missing by his mother.
Police said that according to his mother, Amir Berry, 16, was last seen leaving a residence on Sussex Avenue yesterday afternoon.
According to police, he is in good physical and mental condition and has since reached out to his mother to inform her that he's okay.
Police said that they are unsure of what Berry was last seen wearing.
