Police officials in Newark are looking for a man who went missing in August and has not been seen since.
According to family members, Terrance Jernigan Montgomery is 42-years-old, deaf in his left ear, and has some mental challenges.
Terrance is 5'5 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, and was last seen in the 20's block of Ferdinand Street in Newark's West Ward according to family members.
Terrance was last seen wearing black Fila sneakers, a grey shirt, and blue khaki pants cargo pockets. Family members say he responds to the name 'Moo-Shoo' or Scooter.
Terrance has visited the city of Paterson and North 6th Street in Newark.
