Police in Newark are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a male wanted in connection with a package theft that occurred on Tuesday, March 26th.
Police say shortly after 5:40 p.m., the suspect removed a delivered package from a residential building at 525 Elizabeth Avenue.
Police described the suspects as a black male wearing Adidas pants, a black jacket and a black hat.
Detectives investigating this theft obtained a photo of the suspect and are seeking the public’s assistance in quickly locating him and removing him from city streets.
