Authorities in Newark seek the public’s help in identifying several suspects who are wanted in connection to a robbery that occurred on Sunday.
Officials say at approximately 2:30 a.m., three suspects robbed two men inside an apartment building at Lincoln Park.
The assailants approached the victims then demanded their personal property and cash at gunpoint according to police.
Police say one of the suspects also displayed a knife during the incident.
The first suspect is described as 5’10” tall with a heavy build who wore a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and white sneakers.
Police say the remaining man is medium brown complexion, with a bald haircut and had on a dark T-shirt with white print on the front. There was no description of the third suspect.
While police are actively searching for these suspects, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly identifying and removing them from our streets.
