Police are questioning a man for his possible roll in a stabbing that left a University Hospital nurse injured in Newark.
Authorities said the suspect matched the description of the person responsible for Sunday's incident that occurred in a parking lot outside Newark's University Hospital.
Reports said the suspect wore similar clothing worn by the suspect wanted when they observed him a Newark street o Wednesday.
Police said the nurse, was walking to her car at about 7:40 p.m. when an unidentified suspect walked up and attempted to rob her.
The suspect then stabbed her in the stomach before fleeing the scene.
Police have not filed any charges at this time.
