Authorities in Monmouth County announced they are requesting any individuals with information related to a fatal shooting that took place in Neptune Township in early October 2022 to please come forward.
Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago said that on October 6, 2022, at approximately 10:48 p.m., Neptune Township Police Department responded to the 1700 block of Heck Avenue for a report of shots fired.
Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim, Devin Agolio-Stout, 26, of Neptune Township, who was located in the driver's seat of his vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, officials said.
Officials stated Stout was rushed to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
