Authorities announced the arrest of Russell Carter, 49, of San Jose, C.A. - a known affiliate gang member of the Pagan’s Motor Cycle Club - over the weekend inside a Tabernacle home.
According to authorities, a warrant for his arrest was issued in July of 2016. Authorities said during the investigation, detectives determined that Carter was staying at a residence in Tabernacle.
Police said Saturday, detectives arrived to the home where they persuaded Carter to surrender without incident.
A judge ultimately ordered Carter to be lodged in Camden City where he awaits extradition to California.
