Montclair Police are on the search for a suspect wanted for taking a car from a location in the city Tuesday night.
It happened in the 60's block of Elm Street before 7:30 p.m. where officers were called to the scene to investigate reports of a vehicle stolen from that location.
Upon their arrival, police were told that an unidentified person drove away in the white 2013 Hyundai Sonata that was reportedly left running with the keys inside.
The car had a reported NJ license plate number "G12-JDG".
It is not clear if police ever located the vehicle.
