Authorities in Union County reported no injuries in a shots-fired incident that erupted at a housing complex in Elizabeth Thursday night.
Police were notified of a shooting at the Mravlag Manor housing development in the 20's block shortly before 10 p.m.
Officers arrived at the scene and found multiple shell casings, but a search of the area indicated no gunshot victims, according to reports.
Witnesses in the area say they saw two black males wearing masks enter one of the building and fire shots at unknown parties before fleeing the scene.
Officers collected shell casings while they investigated at the scene.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation by Elizabeth Police.
