The were non-life threatening injuries reported for victims of a Tuesday night crash that occurred on a highway in Newark's East Ward.
According to preliminary reports, emergency responders rushed to the vicinity of Route 1&9 north near Wilson Avenue after receiving reports of a crash at around 10:17 p.m.
Upon arrival, crews found that a car and a tractor-trailer collided at that location.
Police say all occupants were out of both vehicles and no fire was reported.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
