Police in Newark continue investigating an armed robbery of a food delivery person in the East Ward last week.
In the early evening of April 29th, police were dispatched to the vicinity of 395 Halsey Street to investigate reports of an armed robbery in progress.
Upon arrival, police learned that two suspects approached the victim and took cash and other items from the delivery man before fleeing the scene.
Police say the victim worked for Kim Yuen Chinese Restaurant on Court and Nevada streets.
No serious injuries were reported, and the suspects remain at large.
