There were no injuries reported in a robbery that happened this evening at a gas station on McCarter Highway.
Police responded to the gas station located in the 1100 block of McCarter Highway near Division Street shortly before 8 p.m. when they arrived to find an employee who reported that two black male suspects entered the establishment and took all of the money out of the cash register before fleeing the scene.
The suspects (around the age 30-years-old) did not possess weapons and were reportedly occupying a van.
Newark Police are investigating.
