Authorities in Elizabeth are on the search for two suspects wanted for a reported robbery that occurred in a neighborhood in the city overnight.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to the vicinity of 3rd Street and Ripley Place to investigate reports of a robbery that occurred at that location before 10 p.m.
Units arrived at the scene found the victim who reported two black males approached and demanded personal possessions.
The suspects reportedly took a cel phone and wallet before running from the scene according to the victim.
One of the men wore a grey hoodie while the other had on dark clothing during the incident.
