Police Identify Woman Found Dead Inside Her Mullica Home

Update: Law enforcement are investigating the discovery of a woman found stabbed to death inside her Mullica Township home Thursday afternoon, Atlantic County Prosecutor Jim McClain announced Friday.

At approximately 3:30 p.m., July 2, 2015, Mullica Township Police and emergency medical personnel responded to a 9-1-1 report of an unconscious female at a residence on the 200 block of Weymouth Road.

Upon arrival, police found Lois Collier, 56, dead inside her home.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office and Mullica Township Police Department continue to investigate.

Next-of-kin have been notified.

An autopsy of the victim, Lois Collier, performed Friday by Dr. Gerald Feigin, Medical Examiner, determined the cause of death to be multiple stab wounds ruling this a homicide.
