Elizabeth police are seeking the public’s help in locating an armed and dangerous man wanted on various warrants.
Police have identified the man as William Valentin. Valentin is described as a Puerto Rican male, approximately 5'05" tall,140-150 pounds, hazel eyes with black hair.
Police warned members of the public not to approach Valentin because he is considered armed and dangerous.

Police belief Valentin knows that he is wanted and has reportedly changed his location on several occasions.
