Authorities announced the arrest of Mr. Bashir R. Wilson, 36, of Irvington, for a robbery that occurred on August 20th.
According to police, a female victim reported that while she was driving in the 100-block of Pennsylvania Avenue, a man opened her driver’s side door, reached in and stole her purse.
Detectives developed sufficient evidence to identify Bashir R. Wilson as the suspect.
Police arrested Wilson today without incident and charged him with robbery.
These charges are mere accusations. Mr. Wilson is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
