Police Arrest Eight People Following Burlington County Search Warrant

Police announced today that the following the execution of a search warrant yesterday, eight people were taken into custody.

According to authorities, on Thursday the Cinnaminson Township Police Department executed a search warrant on the 1500 block of Wynwood Drive, which resulted in the arrest of eight adults living in squalor.

After a four month long investigation and reported complaints from residents, police were able to shut down this narcotics operation.

Officials say police seized Heroin, Methamphetamine, Fentanyl pills, LSD, Marijuana, and packaging materials intended for distribution were all seized during the operation. Also seized were approximately 100 used hypodermic syringe needles scattered throughout the residence.

Police arrested 32-year-old Kristina Davis and 58-year-old Glenda Davis, of Cinnaminson. The other six adults arrested were renting rooms and living space from the Davis.

Authorities charged all of them with a list of offenses including Possession/Distribution of CDS in a School Zone, Possession of an Imitation Firearm, and Drug Paraphernalia Possession/Distribution. The Davis’ were also charged with maintaining a disorderly house as well as other criminal charges and code violations.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. An indictment is an accusation. Defendants are presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty.
