According to Atlantic County officials, on August 13, 2025, at approximately 11:00 a.m., members of the Pleasantville City Police Department responded to a call about a handgun being pointed at a Dollar General store clerk.

The accused was later identified by Pleasantville Police Officers walking northbound on South New Road with the fanny pack believed to have the firearm inside it, Atlantic County officials stated.

ACPO officials say that once Bell-Lowe spotted the officers, he discarded the fanny pack and fled on foot.

Once recovered, ACPO authorities said, the fanny pack contained a Glock 36 (.45 caliber), one hollow-point round, and five ballpoint rounds.
