Plainfield Authorities Seek Public's Assistance in Identifying Hit-and-Run Victim

Authorities is Plainfield are seeking the public's assistance in identifying a man that was hit by a vehicle in April.

According to authorities, on April 21, 2016 at approximately 8:20 pm, the victim was struck in the 900 Block of West Third Street.

Authorities said, at this time, the victim’s identity is unknown.

The victim is described as a Hispanic male, between the ages of 30-40 years old, who has black colored hair in a low cut hairstyle and is approximately 150-170 lb, 5’6" in height with a scar on the left side of his face and a mole on the left side of his chin.

The victim did not have identification on him and was wearing a green shirt, blue denim jeans with a black belt.

Authorities said he was wearing a NY fitted cap,and black boots (Furda brand). He had 5 keys on a ring in his possession.
