Police in Elizabeth are investgiating an incident where a person was found hanging near a warehouse in the city on Monday evening.
According to preliminary reports, police responded to reports of an injured person in the single digit block of Slater Driver just before 7:50 p.m.
Units arrived and found the unidentified and unconscious person hanging at that location. Medical personnel pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
Police have not reported foul play at this time and the investigation remains active.
