Police are searching for the driver of a vehicle that struck a pedestrian this morning then kept going.
Police said the pedestrian was struck near the intersection of North Avenue and North Broad Street before 10 a.m.
The driver stopped to check on the pedestrian but fled the scene prior to police arriving.
The pedestrian was transported to Trinitas Hospital with minor injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
