A pedestrian suffered non-fatal injuries after a vehicle struck them in Newark's Central Ward Monday night.
It happened around 9:35 p.m. near 356 Springfield Avenue.
Police notified EMS after they found the victim injured after a car hit them near the intersection of Hunterdon Street.
The victim was taken to University Hospital for treatment in stable condition.
The incident is under investigation by Newark Police.
