Morris County authorities are investigating a fatal pedestrian strike that occurred in the city last night.
The male pedestrian was killed when he was struck by a car while crossing the street near the intersection of Blackwell Street and Randolph Avenue, authorities said.
One other person was struck by the vehicle and taken to an area hospital in stable condition.
The identity of the victims have not been released at this time.
The investigation is active and ongoing.
