An investigation is underway into a pedestrian struck on Rt. 78 eastbound near mile marker 36 in Warren causing fatal injuries.
First responders arrived to the scene at around 3:15 a.m. where they found the driver of a disabled vehicle laying on the highway after being struck and fatally injured by a vehicle.
Police shut down all east bound lanes for the accident Investigation.
The identity of the victim has not been released at this time.
