Passaic County Police are looking into the cause of a crash that killed a pedestrian on a highway in Totowa, Sunday morning.
According to police, at approximately 4:15 a.m., police responded to reports of an injured person near 235 U.S. 46.
Units arrived and closed the left lanes after locating a severely injured person.
The victim was pronounced dead a short time later at the scene.
The Passaic County Prosecutor's Office will handle the investigation.
