Burlington County authorities are investigating an incident where a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle leaving them fatally injured.
The incident happened around 1 a.m. in the northbound lanes of Route 73 in Maple Shade according to reports.
The unidentified victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the vehicle that his the victim stayed at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation.
